Nuvalani checks your selected Google calendars for appointments already marked busy and blocks those times from new bookings. It only checks availability: it does not read event details, add Nuvalani appointments to Google Calendar, or change your events.

Nuvalani checks busy times only. It does not read event details or add appointments to Google Calendar. Events marked “Free” do not block time. Calendars stored only on your phone are not included. For iCloud calendars, use the separate connection below.
Keep appointments on your selected iCloud calendars out of your website booking times. Nuvalani does not add, edit, or delete Apple events.
This connection is new and has not yet been verified with a real iCloud account. After connecting, check that a known busy appointment is unavailable on your booking page.
Create an app-specific password at account.apple.com under Sign-In and Security → App-Specific Passwords. Apple requires two-factor authentication. Name the password “Nuvalani”.
Use only the app-specific password—not your regular Apple password. The connection is saved encrypted. Apple may return event details while checking availability; Nuvalani uses the time ranges and does not store event titles, notes, or locations.
Use the time zone for your opening hours. If Google Calendar is also connected, both connections must use the same time zone.
Only calendars synced to iCloud can be checked. Events marked Free do not block time. If an enabled connection fails, website booking pauses until it can be checked or you disconnect it.
Keep its start interval and buffer set to the same values. The current Android app stores these preferences on the phone and can republish them. Business profile changes sync through the cloud.
Phone calendar permissions are managed in the Android app; the website does not access your phone’s calendar.
After saving, add your services and publish the dates you are open.
